If you saw the WWDC 2026 keynote event and are eager to dive into Apple’s upcoming operating systems, Apple has seeded the first betas of iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27 to developers for testing purposes.
Registered developers can opt in to betas and download the software through the Settings app on each device. Users can also create basic developer accounts for free if they truly want to dig in and see what’s en route.
The software includes many of the new features that were demoed on Monday, including the updated version of Siri with the Siri app, as well as new AI-powered features for applications such as Photos, Camera, and Wallet. While some features should be immediately available, others will become available over time as the development cycle progresses.
Apple also announced that it will release public betas of its operating systems in July, while final releases will launch to the public in the fall.
Stay tuned for additional details as they become available.
