At Archewell Philanthropies, we believe that meaningful progress happens when those most impacted by today’s challenges are also those helping to shape the solutions.
We are proud to continue our support of the Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund (RTYPF) as it announces its third cohort of grantees: 24 youth and intergenerationally led organizations collectively receiving $1.9 million in funding to advance a safer, more equitable digital future.
This year’s cohort reflects the urgency and complexity of the moment we are in. Across their work, these organizations are addressing some of the most pressing issues at the intersection of technology and wellbeing, including AI accountability and ethics, youth mental health, digital safety and privacy, civic engagement, and climate innovation.
From reimagining how young people engage with artificial intelligence, to building healthier relationships with technology, to ensuring digital systems are inclusive and accessible, these grantees are not only responding to today’s challenges—they are helping define what responsible technology can and should look like.
RTYPF continues to model a different approach to philanthropy—one that meaningfully shares decision-making power with young leaders. Through intergenerational governance and youth participation in funding decisions, the Fund is helping shift who gets to shape the future of technology and how.
We are grateful to the RTYPF community and excited to continue learning from and supporting this growing movement.
