ACNABIN signs MoU with Australian cybersecurity firm CipherShield

ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants, and Australian cybersecurity company CipherShield have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly offer audit, assurance, risk and cybersecurity services in Bangladesh and overseas.
The agreement was signed today at ACNABIN’s headquarters in Dhaka.
The partnership combines ACNABIN’s audit, assurance, advisory and risk-management capabilities with CipherShield’s expertise in cybersecurity, information security, governance, compliance and operational resilience.

The companies said the collaboration would provide organisations with coordinated, multidisciplinary support as technology-related risks and regulatory requirements continue to evolve.
The partnership will focus on delivering international-standard, business-oriented services to help clients strengthen governance, address emerging regulatory expectations and build more resilient operations.
Abdullah Al Mamun FCA, Director at ACNABIN, and Md Aktaruzzaman Sarker, Chief Information Officer at CipherShield, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Muhammad Aminul Hoque FCA, Partner, and Shif Mostakin, Assistant Director, from ACNABIN; and Abu Taleb, Chief Business Officer, and Muhammad Asaduzzaman, Cyber Security Manager, from CipherShield also attended the signing ceremony.
