Pandey brings more than 25 years of experience in networking, security, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to his leadership role. Before founding Seceon, he held senior positions at Juniper Networks, BTI Systems, and Lucent, where he helped develop advanced networking and security technologies. Those experiences ultimately inspired him to launch Seceon and pursue a new vision for cybersecurity.
During our conversation, Pandey reflected on the challenges that first motivated him to build the company. He explained that many organizations were struggling with fragmented security environments, relying on multiple disconnected tools that generated overwhelming amounts of data but often failed to provide actionable intelligence.
