The newly announced Microsoft Surface Laptop Ultra features an ARM processor like those in MacBooks, but it is significantly more powerful than any Qualcomm ARM chip Microsoft has previously used. The Surface Laptop Ultra uses a powerful 20-core NVIDIA RTX Spark ARM chip to deliver workstation-class performance.
