If you’re looking for a cheap Android tablet, then two tempting options just launched at Walmart. Priced at beneath $300 and $150, these two new Onn Android tablets look like they might be solid options for anyone looking to get a tablet on a budget.

You’ll need to move fast though, as word has gotten out about these two tablets, and stock is being bought out quickly.

A pair of Android 16 tablets with decent specifications

Tablets are big devices with big power needs, and this is generally where most cheap Android tablets fail, offering specs that aren’t able to keep up with most people’s requirements. That doesn’t seem like it’ll be an issue for these two new Onn tablets.

The biggest of the two, the Onn Pro, has a large 13-inch display with a 2400 x 1600 resolution. The display tech isn’t listed, but we assume it’s an LCD, running a 60Hz refresh rate.

It comes with a folio case that folds into a stand, and has a stylus as well, which isn’t a commonly included accessory for tablets.

Under the hood it has a 2.6 GHz MediaTek processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. The camera has a 13MP main lens, and an 8MP selfie lens, and it ships with Android 16, and has an “extended display” mode for attaching a second display.

It won’t be winning any punch-outs with flagship tablets, but those aren’t bad specs at all, especially at the asking price of $288.
