Cardiff, Wales – 19 May 2026: Silks, the privacy-first AI platform built exclusively for mid-market law firms, has launched a strategic integration with Credas, enabling firms to trigger certified identity verification directly within their AI-powered compliance and onboarding workflows — without ever leaving the Silks environment.
The seamless integration allows firms to connect existing Credas accounts or adopt both solutions together, automatically feeding verified ID results into compliance records. Firms can now onboard clients and draft bespoke Client Care Letters (CCLs) the same day, while meeting the latest UK regulatory standards.
This partnership arrives as mid-market firms face heightened SRA scrutiny following updated DSIT and HM Treasury guidance (late 2025) and the Digital Use and Access Act 2025. Only certified Identity Service Providers (IDSPs) under the UK Government’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF) now provide full compliance assurance under the Money Laundering Regulations.
