WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Billington CyberSecurity, the leading cyber education company for public and private sector executives, is hosting its first Critical Infrastructure CyberSecurity Summit on Nov. 17-18, 2026 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.

The National Council of ISACs has joined as the summit’s official Community ISAC partner and will be teaming with Billington on audience engagement and cross-sector collaboration. This partnership will extend to all three annual Billington summits.

A wide range of cyber and CI leaders from all levels of government will participate, along with critical infrastructure owner-operators and other key stakeholders. Confirmed speakers include Vice Admiral, USN, Retired TJ White, Commander of Texas Cyber Command, and Tony Sauerhoff, CIO for the State of Texas.
