Skullcandy Inc. failed to convince a federal California court to dismiss wiretapping and eavesdropping claims from a state invasion of privacy suit over its use of online trackers on its e-commerce website.

Plaintiff Julie Jones sufficiently alleged cognizable harm, as well as claims under the California Invasion of Privacy Act, and the US District Court for the Southern District of California is persuaded it has jurisdiction over Skullcandy.
