A Nebraska man has been charged and accused of a drunk driving crash where a passenger had a head injury.
On Saturday, January 31, 2026, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper was called out to a vehicle crash.
An iPhone’s automatic crash notification notified officials.

The trooper said at the scene that there was a sign knocked down, tire marks going through the ditch in the snow.
There was also damage to the bark of a tree. Next to the tree, there was a running board and bags of concrete.
The trooper went to the driver’s address.
When he got there, he learned that the passenger had been taken to the hospital for a head injury.
The trooper found a truck in the garage that was damaged and missing a running board.
The trooper said the truck’s driver, Randall K. Miller, of Adams, Neb., did not perform well on a sobriety test.
Court documents state that Miller had a blood alcohol content of .134.
