It’s finally here. After the better part of two years, Anker’s Eufy brand has finally started selling its first Android Find Hub tracker in the $35 SmartTrack Card E40.
Anker’s Eufy was announced in 2024 as one of the first brands building out tracker hardware for the Android Find Hub network – at the time still called “Find My Device.” The company delayed the release, at one point even scrubbing mention from its website, while promising hardware still in the works despite repeatedly missing release windows.
But, finally, it’s here.
In January, Eufy announced that the SmartTrack Card E40 would be its first tracker with Android Find Hub support, using the increasingly popular dual-network configuration.
Today, it’s on sale through the Eufy website for $34.99.
The tracker card is designed to slip into a wallet and has wireless charging support for a quick top-off. The tracker measures just 0.07-inches (1.7mm) thick and Eufy claims five months of battery life per charge of the 140 mAh battery. There’s an 80dB alarm for finding a lost tracker.
We’ve had an early unit of the Eufy SmartTrack Card E40 and, in brief testing, it works well with Android’s Find Hub network. It paired to our Pixel 10 remarkably quickly, something that’s not true of every Find Hub tracker. It’s also remarkably thin, beating options from Pebblebee and going toe-to-toe with the Nomad Tracking Card Air. Those trackers have longer battery life, though, so it’s a bit of a toss-up.
Eufy supports a double-tap gesture on the card’s button to find your phone, but that’s only on iOS for now and “coming soon to Android.” It’s a Bluetooth-only affair on both Android and iOS, too. No UWB like an AirTag or the Moto Tag 2.
As per usual, it’s a one-or-the-other situation for the two tracking networks. The tracker will…
