AAWireless TWO sale cuts the Android Auto & CarPlay adapter price

If you’re on the hunt for a wireless Android Auto (or CarPlay) adapter, one of our favorites is now on sale, with the AAWireless TWO series currently seeing an increasingly-rare discount of as much as 20% off the usual price – with one tiny little catch.

Starting today and running through Sunday (June 14, 23:59 CEST), AAWireless TWO and TWO+ are both discounted, bringing the starting price from $60 down to just $48.

The discount is available solely through the AAWireless website, with Amazon not getting the discount at this time. It’s the first sale since April.

AAWireless TWO, the Android Auto-only adapter, is 15% off and down to $48, while AAWireless TWO+, with support for both Android Auto and CarPlay, is 20% off and down to $52.

Earlier this year, AAWireless quietly raised the price of its TWO+ adapter through Amazon, now costing $70. While the company hasn’t confirmed anything regarding the small change, it’s very likely that the rising cost of, well, everything in tech played a role. That’s probably also why this weekend’s sale is exclusive to the AAWireless website. Again, that’s speculation on our part based on observing the changes made.
