NVIDIA has released a new driver update for Linux-based operating systems, version 580.173.02, targeting previous-generation graphics cards. The latest software package focuses exclusively on fixing known bugs rather than adding new features. Specifically, the developers fixed an issue that caused a black screen to appear after changing the video mode in X11 applications using the Present extension.<\/p>\n
