ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES \u2014 Accenture has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Dragos and to fully acquire runZero and NetRise \u2014 three deals with a combined enterprise value of approximately $4.1 billion.<\/p>\n

According to a report from Security Week, Dragos, valued at $3.25 billion, specializes in OT threat detection; runZero provides asset discovery and attack surface intelligence; NetRise delivers firmware analysis and software supply chain visibility.<\/p>\n

The transactions are expected to close in August and September 2026; financial terms for runZero and NetRise were not separately disclosed.<\/p>\n

Three-company deal creates unified OT cybersecurity platform<\/h2>\n

Post-close, runZero and NetRise will operate as independent units under Dragos \u2014 spanning OT asset discovery and firmware analysis through active threat detection.<\/p>\n

The three acquisitions address OT vulnerability from three angles: asset visibility (runZero), firmware integrity (NetRise), and active threat detection on industrial networks (Dragos).<\/p>\n

At roughly 20x the combined $208 million ARR, the $4.1 billion price signals the premium on full-stack OT cybersecurity coverage \u2014 a capability gap no vendor had previously closed.<\/p>\n

Dragos retains independence under Accenture\u2019s platform strategy<\/h2>\n

OT security has become a board-level priority as manufacturers, energy firms, and utilities face escalating attacks on industrial control systems \u2014 with Dragos among the category\u2019s leading specialists.<\/p>\n

The three companies\u2019 combined ARR reached $208 million as of June 2026, a 53% year-over-year increase \u2014 making OT security one of the fastest-growing categories in enterprise tech.<\/p>\n
