The tiny Android tablet market is getting its second wave, with the Redmagic Astra sequel officially set to launch next week.<\/p>\n

Kicked off by the Lenovo Legion Tab going worldwide, the rise of the compact Android tablet has delivered a variety of options for users. One of our favorites was the Redmagic Astra, a 9-inch tablet with an OLED display and fingerprint sensor, two things Lenovo\u2019s Legion Tab still lacks even in its Gen 5 release.<\/p>\n

Redmagic is now teasing what will likely launch as Redmagic Astra 2 in global markets. The \u201cGaming Tablet 5 Pro\u201d has been in the works for months at this point.<\/p>\n

Redmagic hasn\u2019t confirmed everything just yet, but a post on Weibo reveals a June 30 launch date and the updated design of the tablet. The images also confirm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 under the hood, and the post itself confirms a liquid cooling system.<\/p>\n

The tablet is rumored to have a 9-inch, 200Hz OLED display.<\/p>\n
