What the visitor would not find, however, is any explanation of how that information is handled after submission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FIJ found on Sunday that the <strong>website<\/strong> of Venite University, a private tertiary institution in Iloro-Ekiti, Ekiti State, collects personal data from visitors despite having no privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p>A screen-recorded video showing how the university\u2019s website collects personal information from visitors<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the university\u2019s Contact page, visitors are asked to provide their names, email addresses, subjects and messages before sending enquiries to the institution.
