Those already using the company\u2019s platform will find the feature turned on.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn building functionality, the first step is for those in the field,\u201d she told the Reporter-Telegram in a telephone interview. \u201cThey are out and about, in remote areas, in the field. They\u2019re in their trucks and this allows them to talk into their phones.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>EZTasks lets subscribers use:<\/p>\n<p>Voice-to-text: Speak observations, issues or instructions directly into EZOps. The AI interprets the spoken input and generates suggested tasks \u2014 no typing required.<\/p>\n<p>Copy and paste: Paste text from emails, messages, reports or any source directly into EZOps. EZTasks.ai intelligently extracts and structures the relevant task information.<\/p>\n<p>File and image uploads: Upload documents, photos, inspection reports, meeting notes or field images.
