Apple\u2019s next-generation M6 chip is rumored to launch this fall, here\u2019s which new products are expected to get M6 first.<\/p>\n

MacBook Ultra \/ redesigned MacBook Pro launching with M6 chip, and it likely won\u2019t be alone<\/h2>\n

Apple\u2019s biggest Mac unveiling this fall is expected to be the rumored MacBook Ultra.<\/p>\n

MacBook Ultra is the expected name of Apple\u2019s new high-end model with a touchscreen, OLED, Dynamic Island, and more.<\/p>\n

The model was originally expected to launch as a new MacBook Pro. While that could still happen, multiple notable leakers have indicated that the first \u2018MacBook Ultra\u2019 is coming instead.<\/p>\n

MacBook Ultra will feature chips from the M6 family. Specific chip variants are unknown, but we might see M6 Pro and M6 Max options available right from the start.<\/p>\n

If Apple does go with \u2018MacBook Ultra,\u2019 and keeps the MacBook Pro as a separate line, we could see the M6, M6 Pro, and M6 Max debut in spec-bumped MacBook Pros at the same time.<\/p>\n

\"Trump<\/p>\n

Additionally, earlier this year Bloomberg\u2019s Mark Gurman hinted that the M6 could debut in another product soon. <\/p>\n

He wrote, \u201cI think the M6 chip is potentially coming sooner than people anticipate\u2026in the near future.\u201d This was just a few short sentences after claiming that the MacBook Pro\/MacBook Ultra won\u2019t launch until the end of the year.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not expecting a new iPad Pro this year, so the most likely candidates include products that don\u2019t yet have an M5 chip yet, like the iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Studio.<\/p>\n
