The deals are expected to close in August and September.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the acquisitions are completed, runZero and NetRise will be led by Dragos CEO Robert Lee and they will operate under Dragos, which will remain an independent business.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"zox-ad-label\">Advertisement.
