Based in Denver, Springer will lead the continued evolution of SSOE\u2019s technology strategy in support of the firm\u2019s strategic focus on digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Springer brings extensive experience leading enterprise digital strategy, innovation, and technology transformation in the AEC industry. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Director of Digital Engineering Solutions at CDM Smith, where she was responsible for the firm\u2019s digital evolution and enterprise AEC strategy across business units and regions. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President, Director of Digital Technology and Innovation at Stantec. In both roles, she led global teams spanning business, practice, and IT resources to advance digital delivery with a focus on technology, process, data, and people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her new role, Springer will bring together enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, data, and innovation to further align SSOE\u2019s technology initiatives with the firm\u2019s strategic direction.
