ROCKWALL, TX (June 12, 2026) \u2013 The Rockwall Economic Development Corporation (\u201cREDC\u201d) is proud to announce the expansion of Pratt Industries (\u201cPratt\u201d), the world\u2019s largest privately held producer of 100% recycled containerboard and the fifth largest corrugated packaging company in the United States.<\/p>\n

Pratt initially opened its state-of-the-art corrugating facility on approximately 30 acres in the Rockwall Technology Park in 2017. This expansion represents a significant investment in Pratt\u2019s Rockwall campus, reinforcing the company\u2019s long-term commitment to the community.<\/p>\n

The expansion will add approximately 346,000 square feet to the existing facility resulting in a total building size of approximately 736,000 square feet. The project is expected to bring $90M in capital investment along with the creation of 100 new jobs.<\/p>\n
