The first Simond product featuring RECCO technology is the brand\u2019s new mountaineering pants, designed to help make mountain enthusiasts searchable by professional rescue teams in the event of an emergency. By incorporating RECCO reflectors into its products, Simond joins a global community of brands helping improve access to professional rescue technology for outdoor enthusiasts around the world.  <\/p>\n<p>RECCO reflectors are lightweight, passive transponders permanently integrated into outdoor apparel and equipment. Requiring no batteries, activation, or maintenance, they enable searchability by rescue teams equipped with RECCO detectors, including both handheld and helicopter-carried units.<\/p>\n<p>The technology helps rescuers locate missing or injured people in remote terrain and complements existing mountain safety equipment and rescue procedures.
