Working across academic and administrative units, she will help identify opportunities where AI can strengthen student success, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance the work of faculty and staff while maintaining appropriate safeguards for privacy, security, and data stewardship. The role will also help position LSUA as a regional resource for AI literacy and workforce readiness by engaging employers, educators, and community partners in conversations about the future of technology and work.<\/p>\n<p>Hilton brings 17 years of experience in education, including the last nine years in school leadership roles. Most recently, she served as principal of Glenmora High School, where she focused on student achievement, organizational leadership, and helping students and educators realize their full potential. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in social studies education from Louisiana Tech University and a Master\u2019s of Education in leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
