Students with documented medical or educational accommodations will work with their school team to discuss specific needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elementary students and parents who need to communicate during the school day will be able to through their school office. Middle school and high school students will have a new communication tool, Student Square, which will be part of the Parent Square software, a communication and family engagement platform that allows students, parents and teachers to directly communicate during the school day.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parents must have the Parent Square app and students will need to download the Student Square app on their school iPad for this service. Students can only message parents and teachers through this tool, and communications will be monitored by the school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The email states that YouTube access for students also will change. Students in kindergarten through eighth grade will have access to specific teacher-developed YouTube learning content only.
