I realized that my screen time for specific apps has been slipping. The StayFree app has done wonders to limit my time on Reddit.<\/p>\n

I was able to reduce the time spent on the app to less than 45 minutes per day, mainly by setting 10- to 20-minute timers during lunch or dinner breaks.<\/p>\n

But unfortunately, as much as I enjoyed using StayFree, it didn’t help me with all my apps \u2014 it turns out I spread my time across other apps too often without realizing it.<\/p>\n

Unless I adjusted the settings for each app individually, new ones would slip past the defenses I set up.<\/p>\n

So I finally did another audit check to see where I was with my screen time. The results were both surprising and unsurprising.<\/p>\n

I cross-checked with StayFree and found similar results on my Samsung Galaxy S25+.<\/p>\n
