Additionally, companies identify <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>AI-generated attacks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span><span><span><span><span> as the biggest visibility gap in their impersonation-prevention strategy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>\u201cPeople are the most exposed and least protected attack surface,\u201d Outtake said. According to the report, only 43% of companies conduct identity-spoofing simulations involving their executives to identify the biggest potential impersonation risks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Companies\u2019 preparedness for AI threats isn\u2019t much better when it comes to agentic technologies, the report found. Businesses are largely failing to oversee and protect these agents, according to Outtake, which magnifies the risk of agent-hijacking attacks that could damage businesses\u2019 reputations or finances.
