The move brings two respected names in performance drivetrain technology together under one roof and expands EVP\u2019s growing portfolio of high-performance products.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to EVP, the acquisition formalizes a long-standing relationship between the two companies, which have worked together for years developing clutching solutions for some of the most powerful side-by-sides on the market.
