I&#8217;m not against this idea, especially when it comes to boosting productivity.<\/p>\n<p>However, I don&#8217;t need to be productive the entire day, and that&#8217;s the only reason I stopped chasing a minimalist-looking home screen. It makes things more complicated when I don&#8217;t need to be productive.<\/p>\n<p>They prioritize apps they need the most throughout the day, which are usually related to work. This is perhaps the most common trick to redesign your home screen, but it isn&#8217;t as effective as the one I started following recently.<\/p>\n<p>I followed an entirely different approach to redesigning the home screen after realizing I use my Android phone only for three reasons: working, exploring, and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>I create home screens around these moments, instead of creating different folders for different types of apps.
