A new leak has once again set the conversation around Apple\u2019s foldable iPhone abuzz. An image of what appears to be the final product has been leaked on Weibo by Ice Universe, and it would be fair to say that it points to a completely new approach to foldable smartphones. Prior to this reveal, several CAD renderings and schematic leaks had already offered a glimpse of what the device might look like.<\/p>\n

The dimensions revealed by previous leaks suggested that the phone could measure 120.6 mm in height and 167.6 mm in width when unfolded. When folded, the device is expected to measure 9.23 mm thick. The leaked images showcase two color options\u2014Silver and Navy Blue. The foldable is therefore expected to launch with a relatively simple color palette and without a third rear camera. Not much is known about the two-camera system that the device is rumored to feature.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The foldable iPhone is reportedly on track for a September launch, and reports suggest it could be an expensive affair, with an expected retail price of around $2,000.<\/p>\n
