(credit: FLASH90)<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mb-4 text-lg font-bold\">Lahav 433 officer questioned for allegedly spying<\/h3>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">On Wednesday, the Department of Internal Police Investigations questioned a Lahav 433 officer on suspicion of engaging in contact with a foreign agent, who may have been from, or linked with, Iran.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The details were uncovered by Lahav 433\u2019s cyber unit, which identified a link associated with the officer. A deeper investigation traced the link to a foreign agent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The cyber unit forwarded the information to the Department of Internal Police Investigations, which opened an inquiry to clarify the circumstances.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cIf there was something significant here, he would be in custody, in my opinion.
