The site shows he must register annually for the rest of his life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He was arrested Friday as part of Operation Soteria Shield, a coordinated law enforcement effort jointly managed by the FBI\u2019s Dallas Division and several North and East Texas police departments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to a FBI press release, the operation netted the arrests of 276 people and the rescue of 89 children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Agencies involved in Aleman\u2019s arrest included Lone Star police, Mount Pleasant police, the Morris County Sheriff\u2019s Office, the Ore City Police Department, the Hawk Cove Police Department and FBI agents.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KLTV.
