Minieye Technology has agreed to acquire a 50% equity interest in Tongtu Technology for a total consideration of RMB25 million, to be paid through RMB20 million in newly issued shares and RMB5 million in cash. Upon completion, Tongtu Technology will become a non-wholly owned subsidiary, with Minieye holding half of its registered capital.<\/p>\n
