Innovation Law Lab attorney Nelly Garcia Orjuela said.<\/p>\n<p>The app compares information from databases to the face of who they are scanning, but Garcia Orjuela said sometimes the facial &#8220;matches&#8221; aren&#8217;t even the same person, which is what happened with her client.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They tried to scan her face about three times, and every single time, it came up with a different result with a lady that was not even her,&#8221;
