Greenway Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: GWTI) has signed a Letter of Intent with Plymouth GC LLC to license its gas-to-liquids and gas-to-hydrogen technologies, with the company targeting a definitive agreement by the third quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n

The LOI, signed on May 15, 2026, sets out terms under which Plymouth would license Greenway’s GTL and GTH technologies, with Greenway receiving a recurring revenue share from the production of liquid hydrocarbons and other liquids.<\/p>\n

The LOI is non-binding and remains subject to the execution of definitive agreements, Greenway board approval, and certain other closing conditions.<\/p>\n

“Greenway has been working diligently on research and development for over 10 years to develop and patent processes and procedures to perfect innovative and clean GTL and GTH solutions,” said Doug Cogan, CEO of Greenway. “We are excited for our shareholders as we shift our focus from pre-revenue research and development to commercialization with Plymouth and other potential investors.”<\/p>\n

Susanne Smithers, executive vice president of Plymouth, said the arrangement reflects a shared vision for the company’s G-Reformer technology. “We believe this technology will fundamentally change the way we think about natural gas going forward,” she added.<\/p>\n

Cogan noted that Greenway has recently expanded its business model to include technology licensing, alongside its existing revenue share, owner-operator, and technical consulting service offerings.<\/p>\n

Greenway, through its wholly owned subsidiary Greenway Innovative Energy, develops proprietary GTL and GTH syngas conversion systems. Its patented G-Reformer unit converts natural gas into synthesis gas, which can then be processed to produce fuels including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and methanol, as well as chemical outputs. The company’s H-Reformer technology targets hydrogen production, generating synthesis gas comprising hydrogen and carbon dioxide.<\/p>\n
