ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A Slatington man has been found guilty of all charges related to an invasion of privacy investigation.<\/p>\n

43-year-old Jarrett Klinger was convicted by a jury May 20th of invasion of privacy, unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and harassment.<\/p>\n

Klinger will be required to register for 15 years under Pennsylvania’s Sexual Offender Registration and Notification Act, according to a news release from the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office. His bail was revoked and he remains in Lehigh County Jail.<\/p>\n

Klinger was charged in two separate criminal cases involving the same victim, who is known to him.<\/p>\n

On July 25, 2022, the victim told Upper Saucon Township Police that Klinger was harassing her.<\/p>\n

The investigation revealed Klinger sent the victim a video of them engaging in sexual contact and threatened to release that and other videos if she didn\u2019t meet with him or talk to him, the DA’s office said.<\/p>\n

That threat prompted the victim to file a report with police.<\/p>\n

During the course of that investigation, police obtained a search warrant for Klinger\u2019s cell phone and discovered it contained two videos showing Klinger and the woman engaging in sexual contact.<\/p>\n

The victim told police the videos were made without her knowledge or consent.<\/p>\n

Klinger\u2019s sentencing and a hearing to determine if he meets the requirements for a sexually violent predator is scheduled for Aug. 26.<\/p>\n

He faces a maximum sentence of 7 to 14 years in state prison.<\/p>\n
