Acer is expanding its Android tablet lineup with three new models featuring large displays with 3:2 aspect ratios.<\/p>\n

Models range from an $399 entry-level tablet with a 12.2 inch, 90 Hz display and a MediaTek Helio G99 processor to a premium model with a 14.2 inch, 120 Hz display and a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 that sells for $699.<\/p>\n

Acer Iconia Duo S14<\/p>\n

The new\u00a0Acer Iconia Duo D12<\/strong> is the most affordable of the bunch, with $399 starting price in the US or 329 Euros in Europe.<\/p>\n

This model features a 12.2 inch, 2400 x 1600 pixel, 90 Hz screen, a Helio G99 processor, 8GB of LPDDR4 memory and 128GB of UFS storage.<\/p>\n

It has a 30.4 Wh battery, support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, and features a single USB Type-C port, a microSD card reader with support for up to 1TB of removable storage, and support for optional accessories including an active stylus with pressure sensitive input, a magnetic kickstand, and a detachable keyboard.<\/p>\n

As for cameras, yes, it has some. There\u2019s an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP camera, which should probably be just good enough for a video call, I guess.<\/p>\n

The Iconia Duo D12 measures 277.8 x 191.3 x 7.5mm (10.9\u2033 x 7.5\u2033 x 0.3\u2033) and weighs 620 grams (1.37 pounds). It should be available in North America in August, 2026.<\/p>\n

Acer\u2019s new\u00a0Iconia Duo S12<\/strong> is roughly the same size as the D12, but it brings higher-performance hardware and a slightly thinner, lighter design, measuring just 6.5mm thick and weighing 580 grams (1.28 pounds).<\/p>\n

This model has a 12.2 inch, 2880 x 1840 pixel, 120 Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, 8GB of LPDDR5 memory, and up to 256GB of UFS storage. It has an aluminum alloy chassis and slightly better cameras, with a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front-facing camera.<\/p>\n
