Participation in the seminar is open to the public. Participants holding a European Parliament access badge may attend directly. Those without an access badge are invited to register online by 4 June 2026 via <strong>this link<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n<p>The seminar will be hosted by Antonella Sberna, Vice-President of the European Parliament and EP responsible for the Article 17 dialogue. The event will bring together representatives of Churches, religious associations or communities, as well as philosophical and non-confessional organisations.<\/p>\n<p>The discussions will focus on current challenges linked to the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their impact on people\u2019s health and well-being, particularly with regard to loneliness, social isolation and digital risks. Participating Churches and organisations will share their perspectives, analyses and examples of good practice.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission of the Bishops\u2019 Conferences of the European Union (COMECE) will be represented by theologian Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Agius (Malta), moderator of the COMECE Commission on Ethics.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the seminar is open to the public.
