iPhone 19 Pro leak reveals quad-curved OLED display plans<\/p>\n

Apple is testing an iPhone 19 Pro with a quad-curved OLED display that hides Face ID beneath the screen while retaining a visible punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, according to leakers tracking the company’s design roadmap.<\/p>\n

This prototype is Apple\u2019s most recent effort towards making its dream come true before its iPhone turns 20 years old in 2027, but there lies a problem with integrating the front camera while maintaining its image quality.<\/p>\n

Apple iPhone 19 Pro leaks<\/h2>\n

The quad-curved design is expected to have a curve on all four sides of the screen, giving it a virtually borderless appearance that was once synonymous with flagship phones running Android operating systems.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Apple decided against introducing the curves to favour a flat-screen design but has since reversed its decision for an uninterrupted display experience.<\/p>\n

Apple\u2019s Face ID technology has almost been completely integrated into the under-display area, but the selfie camera is still an issue for few users. Apple has dedicated a lot of time and resources to integrating the Face ID sensor into the device without compromising image quality.<\/p>\n

Reportedly, Apple will use a similar approach to its iPhone design strategy back in 2017, where the iPhone 8 and iPhone X were simultaneously launched to celebrate its tenth-year anniversary. Under the new plan, Apple will introduce a punch-hole camera on the iPhone 19 Pro and eliminate all cutouts in the 2027 iPhone.<\/p>\n
