The acquisition adds Symterra\u2019s proprietary electromagnetic frequency (EMF) technology to Bird-X\u2019s existing lineup of sonic, visual, laser, and physical bird deterrent systems.<\/p>\n<p>Under the new ownership structure, the business will operate as Symterra by Bird-X. The company said the combination will pair Symterra\u2019s technology with Bird-X\u2019s engineering expertise, customer support infrastructure, operational capabilities, and global distribution reach.<\/p>\n<p>Symterra developed its reputation around the Symterra Pulse\u2122 system, which is designed to discourage birds from landing and establishing roosting sites through proprietary EMF technology. The system features a low-profile design and scalable installation options intended for commercial buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, towers, transportation infrastructure, and other sensitive applications.<\/p>\n<p>Bird-X said the acquisition strengthens its ability to provide integrated bird management solutions tailored to different customer environments and bird pressure challenges.
