It builds on Verito\u2019s framework for the\u00a0Cyber-Ready Tax Practice, a concept describing a firm that handles AI use, client data, and regulatory documentation as deliberately as it handles a return, as well as on the company\u2019s 10 years of operating secure infrastructure for tax and accounting firms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first curriculum sessions launch in Q2 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verito says it will deliver continuing education and member-resource content across three domains:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>AI governance for tax workflows:\u00a0<\/strong>What AI tools fit tax prep, how to document AI use in client engagements, and how to vet AI vendors handling taxpayer data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Written Information Security Plans (WISPs):<\/strong>\u00a0Building, updating, and maintaining a current WISP, with templates and audit-ready documentation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modern data protection practices:<\/strong>\u00a0Encryption, access management, multifactor authentication, and incident response patterns that match what underwriters and clients now expect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jatin Narang<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAI is already inside the workflow of most tax firms, whether the firm\u2019s owner planned it or not,\u201d Jatin Narang, CEO and co-founder of Verito, said in a statement on May 20. \u201cThe question isn\u2019t whether to engage with these technologies.
