It is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary conditions, and financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-df353dac\">MERMEC was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Monopoli, Italy.
