Announced earlier this year, Moto Tag 2 has quietly gone on sale in recent weeks with UWB support in Android Find Hub and longer battery life.<\/p>\n

Android Find Hub trackers are a dime a dozen at this point, with many options on the market. But what makes Moto Tag and, in turn, Moto Tag 2, stand out is support for UWB for precise tracking. This feature has still been missing from virtually every other Find Hub tracker.<\/p>\n

But you can get that in the existing Moto Tag too, so why buy the sequel? <\/p>\n

Outside of that nice new orange color, Moto Tag 2 boasts much better battery life, with Motorola touting \u201cover 600 days on a single battery\u201d using a standard CR2032 cell. <\/p>\n

Motorola has quietly opened sales of Moto Tag 2 in select regions in recent weeks, with the tracker selling for
\u00a329.99<\/strong> in the UK and \u20ac<\/strong>40 in Germany.<\/p>\n

In the US, Motorola hasn\u2019t officially opened up its sales channels, but there are third-party sellers on Amazon offering Moto Tag 2 for $119.99 for a 4-pack, which is retail pricing. Some early buyers took the plunge and reported back that these are authentic products, and we\u2019re not seeing any red flags on these third-party sellers either \u2013 they\u2019re all fulfilled by Amazon anyway. <\/p>\n

The 4-pack comes out to around $29 per tracker, while one seller is offering a single tracker for just over $40. The retail price is likely to be $29, so we wouldn\u2019t neccessarily recommend going with the single pack just yet \u2013 Motorola has rarely sold even the first-gen Moto Tag as a single pack through Amazon, instead selling through its website.<\/p>\n
