Microsoft AI chief Mustafa Suleyman has warned that artificial intelligence could automate \u201cmost, if not all\u201d white-collar jobs within the next 12 to 18 months, signalling what could be the fastest disruption of office work in decades.<\/p>\n

In an interview with the Financial Times, Suleyman said AI systems are rapidly approaching \u201chuman-level performance on most professional tasks\u201d.<\/p>\n

He argued that jobs involving computer-based work \u2014 from law and accounting to marketing and project management \u2014 are particularly vulnerable.<\/p>\n
