There, she led TikTok\u2019s first diversity and inclusion communications function, helming TikTok\u2019s Visionary Voices series throughout Black History Month, Latin Heritage Month and Pride Month.<\/p>\n<p>Before TikTok, Charles held stints as VSCO\u2019s director of comms and creative partnerships; Instagram\u2019s head of global music and youth culture comms; and Twitter\u2019s head of global music culture and comms.
