Buyers were angered after finding out that the new features would be released later than expected, the filing said.<\/p>\n<p>They \u201cwould not have purchased the Eligible Devices or would have paid significantly less, had they known Enhanced Siri features were not available,\u201d the filing said.<\/p>\n<p>Apple denied wrongdoing but agreed to settle the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApple has reached a settlement to resolve claims related to the availability of two additional features,\u201d the company said in a statement. \u201cWe resolved this matter to stay focused on doing what we do best, delivering the most innovative products and services to our users.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what Minnesota\u2019s iPhone users need to know:<\/p>\n<p>Who Is Eligible For A Refund?<\/p>\n<p>Clarkson Law Firm, the public interest law firm that filed the original lawsuit against Apple, said on its website that the proposed settlement covers about 37 million devices bought in the United States between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, including all iPhone 16 models and the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.<\/p>\n<p>How Much Money Could People Receive?<\/p>\n<p>Eligible customers are expected to receive about $25 per device initially, though the final amount could increase depending on how many people file claims.
