Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide, with many tumors driven by estrogen receptor\u00a0signaling.<\/p>\n<p>For Crews, the <span class=\"caps\">FDA<\/span> approval of vepdegestrant as a treatment for breast cancer now has additional personal\u00a0meaning.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m thrilled that breast cancer patients will have an additional option for treatment,\u201d said Crews, who is the John C.
