The agreement follows a class action lawsuit over Apple&#8217;s advertising campaign for some of its newer iPhones.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit accuses Apple of misleading\u00a0millions of customers into buying its devices with advertising about new AI-powered features on the iPhone 16. The company&#8217;s promises included an enhanced Siri personal digital assistant, but the features weren&#8217;t available.<\/p>\n<p>Apple denied wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement, which still needs final court approval.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who bought\u00a0any iPhone 16 model or certain iPhone 15 models may be eligible to submit a claim. The phones must have been\u00a0purchased between Monday, June 10, 2024, and Saturday, March 29, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>According to Clarkson Law Firm, anyone with a valid claim could receive\u00a0a presumptive payment of $25 for each eligible device.
