Plaintiffs in the case say this conduct violated Pennsylvania\u2019s Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act and the Uniform Firearms Act.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse<\/span><span> is an outdoor recreation store that sells camping, fishing, hunting and other gear.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the class action lawsuit.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Under the terms of the Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse settlement, class members can receive a cash payment of up to $107.
