As a result, the Mac mini now starts at $799 with the M4 chip, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. Previously, it started at $599 with 256GB of storage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"569\">While the 512GB configuration has always been priced at $799, customers can no longer buy a new Mac mini from Apple at the lower $599 price point.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"682\">This change doesn\u2019t affect higher-end models with the M4 Pro chip, which already started with 512GB of storage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"807\">The 256GB model had been unavailable to order since last week, but has now been removed entirely.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"1070\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">This comes as Apple continues to face supply constraints.
