Zuckerberg said \u201ccompute and infrastructure\u201d and \u201cpeople-oriented things\u201d were the main drivers of cost at Meta, acknowledging the company\u2019s increasing investments in AI and saying \u201cthat means that we do need to take down the size of the company somewhat,\u201d according to The Journal. Meta is slated to reduce its workforce by 10% soon, cutting 8,000 Employees to offset its spending on AI, according to\u00a0multiple\u00a0outlets.
